Searching
Find a record in every shop at once: artists, titles, labels, catalog numbers.
Type what you know into the search box: an artist, a title, a label, a catalog number, or a mix. Results come as you type, from every shop at once.
What to type
- Artist and title:
moodymann black mahogani. Word order doesn’t matter, and the last word can be cut short:moodymann black mahoworks. - Catalog numbers:
KDJ-38,KDJ 38andkdj38all find the same record. Shops often put the catalog number in the title or the product code, so it’s the most precise search there is. - Labels:
planet e,warp. Shops don’t always name the label, so a label search finds part of its catalog. - Typos: when nothing matches, the search suggests the closest spelling, or the search without the word that matched nothing.
Reading the results
Each row is one record, with every copy of it across shops grouped together: “from €24 · 6 shops”. Open a row to compare the copies: price, condition (new or used, with the grade), format, the shop and its country. The links go straight to the shop’s page for that copy.
- Prices in your currency: prices are converted with the day’s European Central Bank rates (“≈ €24”), the shop’s own price is shown underneath. Choose the currency in Filters or in More.
- Sold out: records that sold out recently stay visible, marked, with the day they were last in stock, so you know a shop carries them.
- Your country first: copies in your country, then in your customs zone (no import fees), come first when you ask for it in Filters.
Filters
On phones, the Filters button at the bottom of the results; on wide screens, the column on the left:
- In stock only
- Your country first
- Format: LP, 12”, 7”, 10”, CD, cassette, as the shops name them
- Prices in: your currency, or each shop’s own
- Show covers: off saves data on slow connections
